Doctor listened to my concerns. He also called me the other day when scheduled which was helpful. I like getting test message reminders. These are very useful.

I had to have a blood test today (3 samples). Usually OK but today felt unwell after having blood taken. Nurse was very professional and helpful, to put me at ease and ensuring I felt OK before leaving.
